The Waterhead Inn Pub

Based just off the shoreline from Lake Windermere, The Waterhead Inn Pub is in a perfectly picturesque location in Ambleside, in the Lake District, to stop off for a drink and some delicious traditional British grub.

The charming pub boasts a wonderful foray of seasonal, home-cooked dishes and British pub favourites on the menu such as Fish and Chips. Then, the dessert menu has got you covered with something for after your main meal, with savoury classics like a cheese board to something sweeter, such as sticky toffee pudding. Better still, the food at The Waterhead Inn is made from locally sourced produce.

The Wateredge Inn Pub

Featuring a waterfront terrace, The Wateredge Pub is the perfect place to grab a drink and take in some of the wonderful Lake District views. The restaurant menu is filled with home-cooked pub classics such as fish and chips and steak and ale pie to enjoy before heading off for a walk in the surrounding forests. Looking for something beyond pub classics? We also serve delicious hand-stretched stone oven-baked pizzas so there truly is something for everyone!

The Wateredge Inn Pub is both family and dog friendly, so it is the perfect place to spend a family afternoon. The Temperance Inn Pub

The Temperance Inn Pub is the newest of our locations. Beautifully furnished using upcycled furniture, it boasts the wonderful traditional interiors of an inn.

Whether you’re coming back from an afternoon of shopping or looking to stop off somewhere for some locally made ale and beer, it gives you the holiday atmosphere you are looking for when visiting the Lake District.

Alongside the charming service, The Temperance Inn Pub serves all the hearty comfort meals you know and love. The best part? The Temperance Inn is dog friendly, making it the best place to take your entire family for a special occasion or treat!

The Ambleside Inn

The Ambleside Inn is the perfect place to catch up with friends over some delicious seasonal dishes or pub classics made lovingly by our chef before heading off for a nice walk regardless of the season.

A popular place for a UK staycation The Ambleside Inn is a wonderful place to bring your family after a day exploring the village or taking a guided walk around Rydal cave to indulge and relax with some sticky toffee pudding – a favourite for kids and adults alike.

The Pheasant Inn

Based in the Lake District National Park, which encompasses sites such as Scafell Pike, Wast Water, and Lake Windermere, The Pheasant Inn is the perfect place to stop off for food in Bassenthwaite.

The Angel Inn

The Swan

Based in the beautiful village of Grasmere, The Swan is the number one choice to start your day of village shopping or exploring Dove Cottage, the home of William Wordsworth.
