Born out of a total refurbishment and remodelling of the former Carlton and Lindum Hotels, Offshore’s 98 bedrooms (which include premium sea-view rooms, dog-friendly rooms and accessible accommodation) are perfectly placed to serve guests wishing to enjoy this special part of Lancashire.

As you’d expect from a seaside restaurant, we’ll be casting out the net when it comes to delicious seafood, with plenty of just-landed, local fish and shellfish dishes. Don’t feel like cooking Sunday Lunch? Our superb Sunday Carvery is not to be missed. There will be generous helpings of hand-cut meat with crispy roast potatoes, towering Yorkshire puddings and all the trimmings.
