Added value offer “Welcome INN” guests to newest venues

Dinner is served when staying at one of The Inn Collection Group’s latest re-openings as the group continues to celebrate a host of refurbishments across the north of England with its exclusive Welcome Inn offer.

Only available when booking direct, Welcome Inn allows guests who are amongst the first to stay at reopened Inns to enjoy a full Inn Collection Group experience by having dinner included on the night of their stay.

Ambleside’s The Waterhead Inn is the latest venue belonging the group to relaunch after a multi-million-pound refurbishment, with the offer also currently running at sister Lakeland site The Wateredge Inn and in North Yorkshire the recently reopened The Harrogate Inn.

The offer can also be booked now for a trio of openings coming later in 2023, The Knaresborough Inn and The Ripon Inn in North Yorkshire and The Tynemouth Castle Inn on the north east coast.

The offer has been a huge success since it debuted in the spring with more than 800 room nights booked across qualifying venues, allowing The Inn Collection Group to showcase the multi-million-pound investments being made into its estate and delicious flavours available from its kitchens.

Discussing the success of the promotion, head of marketing for The Inn Collection Group Louise Harris said: “With so many sites relaunching after massive refurbishments this year, we wanted to make sure those staying with us first at these Inns could enjoy our full experience.

“With budgets still being pinched by the rising cost of living, we felt the best way to do that was to include a dinner allowance for guests booking bed and breakfast stays so they could indulge in dinner as well during their stay.

“Our kitchens serve up a fantastic range of dishes making use of fresh ingredients and the skills of our talented chefs so to see so many people enjoying their efforts alongside the new look and feel of these new-look properties is very pleasing.
