River Llugwy & River Conwy Riverside Walk
River Llugwy & River Conwy Riverside Walk are very short, easy and scenic routes. Covering around 1.2- 2 miles, this walk follows two of the main rivers that flow through the village. This walk is mainly flat and great for dog walks, relaxing strolls or a nice change of scenery.
Circular Village Walk
The circular walk is a short and easy loop that will take you around the edge of Betws-y-Coed. This walk is about 1.5-2 miles and can take up to 60 minutes. It is a great option for a stroll without steep inclines and you can still enjoy the scenery without straying too far from the village.
Pont-y-Pair to Swallow Falls
The route begins in the heart of Betws-y-Coed, and will take you through footpaths and riverside trails all the way to Swallow Falls. This walk is a bit more moderate with being 4 miles distance overall and includes steeper inclines.

Fairy Glen & Conwy Falls Loop
The Fairy Glen & Conwy Falls Loop starts from Betws-y-Coed and takes you through woodland trails to the magical gorge at Fairy Glen, before continuing along the river to the impressive waterfall at Conwy Falls. Along the way you’ll see mossy woodlands and rocky riverbanks.
It’s a moderate walk of around 6 miles and usually takes 2–3 hours, with some uneven and occasionally slippery sections, so sturdy footwear is recommended.
