All Competition, Offers and Giveaway Terms & Conditions:

 

Green Clean:

  1. This offer is available to guests staying for a minimum of two (2) consecutive nights at any inn.
  2. To participate, guests must fill out and submit the Green Clean card upon ordering at the bar on the first night of their stay.
  3. By opting into the Green Clean initiative, guests agree to forgo room servicing (including cleaning, towel changes, and linen replacement) for the duration of their stay.
  4. Each adult guest in the room is entitled to one (1) complimentary drink.
    1. The complimentary drink can be redeemed on the first night of the guest’s stay only. Available drinks include:
      • Any draught pint
      • Any medium-sized wine served by the glass
      • Any soft drink
      • Any bottled or canned beer or cider
  1. The offer is subject to availability and selection may vary based on stock and hotel offerings.
  2. The promotion can be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
  3. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
  4. The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
  5. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  6. By participating in this offer, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

 

Offshore competition:

  1. These rules and terms and conditions are the rules (“Rules”) which apply to the Inn Collection Group competition (“Competition”) for Offshore competition. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
  2. The Competition is organised by Inn Collection Group Limited of 3rd Floor, Q5, Quorum Business Park, Benton, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE12 8BS (“ICG”). You can contact us in relation to the Competition by writing to us at this address.
  3. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, results and any issues relating to the Competition, the decision of ICG shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

ELEGIBILITY

  1. Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of Inn Collection Group or any of Inn Collection Group affiliates are not eligible to enter the Competition.
  2. By entering the Competition, you confirm that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Inn Collection Group reserves the right to check the eligibility of all entrants.
  3. The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

ENTERING THE COMPETITION

  1. The Competition will run from until 18th March 2024 at 12pm.
  2. To enter the Competition, you will need to fill out the form here.
  3.  There is no limit of entries to the Competition.

SELECTING AND NOTIFYING WINNERS

  1. There will be 1 winner.
  2. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received.
  3. The winning entrant of the Competition will be the first entrant to be chosen at random from all entries submitted for the Competition in accordance with these Rules, once closing date of 8th April 2024. In all matters, the decision of Inn Collection Group shall be final.
  4. There are no cash alternatives and prizes are not transferable.  ICG reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
  5. The prize winner will be notified via email. Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within the time specified in the prize notification. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification and within the time stated may result in selection of an alternative winner.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

  1. All personal information provided shall be stored, processed and used in accordance with our privacy policy which you can read at: https://www.inncollectiongroup.com/privacy-policy/(“Privacy Policy”).
  2. Each entrant agrees that Inn Collection Group may disclose the name of the winning entrant to the Competition and the town or city in which the winning entrant is resident on the Inn Collection Group social media pages and the Inn Collection Group website. This will be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you do not want your name and location included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify Inn Collection Group within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the Competition.

LIABILITIES

  1. Inn Collection Group cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Inn Collection Group is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received or sent on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Competition.

GENERAL

  1. Inn Collection Group reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Rules without notice at any time, if considered necessary by Inn Collection Group in its opinion or if circumstances arise which are outside of Inn Collection Group reasonable control. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions on the Website.
  2. The Competition and Rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
  3. These Rules are the only rules and terms and conditions for the Competition and any other rules and terms and conditions are hereby excluded.
