The Inn Crowd is our brand-new loyalty programme where everything you spend earns you some extra special perks, surprises, and exclusive rewards. Whether you’re grabbing a bite, enjoying a drink, or checking in for the night, every visit brings you closer to your next treat. The best part? You’ll start enjoying rewards as soon as you download The Inn Collection Group app.

How does your loyalty programme work?

- Download: The Inn Collection Group app is available from the Apple app store or Google play
- Join the Inn Crowd. Follow the instructions to create an account with Inn Collection Group
- Earn Points. Earn 1 point for every pound you spend with us across food, drink and accommodation. Move through the Loyalty tiers to unlock exclusive rewards.
- Redeem Rewards. Exclusive rewards will drop into your app which you can redeem at any The Inn Collection Group property. These include instant rewards such as a free hot drink and a free side with any main purchased.

Will I get any more perks?
The Inn Collection Group App will be the central home for all things Inn Collection. This will include your member card, a hot drink stamp card, your personalised perks and the ability to find your local inn. As a reward for downloading the app you will earn a FREE hot drink and watch this space for ways in which you can earn extra points and surprise perks.

Why do I need to sign up?
We need everyone to sign up and create an account so we can assign points to your account and send you exciting perks to redeem.

Do I need to sign up if I am already signed up to your mailing list and receiving regular emails.
Anyone wanting to enter The Inn Crowd loyalty programme will need to download the app and create an account, even if you are already signed up to our mailing database. We can’t assign your points or perks without an app account being created.

Will my perks expire?
Your stamp card rewards are valid for 90 days. Perks will be available on a more limited time offer. Points will be valid for a year.

Can I add a previous purchase onto the app?
It is not possible to add on points after the transaction has taken place. Please remember to scan your card before you make your purchase to make sure it counts!

Can I combine discounts together?
Promotions, rewards & discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo, reward or discount via the app or third-party partner.

Can I earn points if I make a booking through an online travel partner?
You can only earn points on accommodation stays if you have booked directly with The Inn Collection Group via our website or via calls made with our central reservation teams on 0191 580 3610. Reservations made with third party providers will not be eligible for earning points.

When will my points hit my account after I make a reservation?
Points linked to a reservation booking will be added to your account after you check out. Your points will be applied overnight and applied to your account the next day.
Points linked to food and drink will be applied in around 20 minutes. If your points move you into a new tier then this will happen overnight, and you will be moved into the new tier the next day.

Can I use The Inn Crowd programme across all your UK properties?
Your Inn Collection Group membership is valid to be used across our entire chain of properties. You can earn points and reward perks at any site.

How do I add my loyalty card to my phone wallet?
Once you log into The Inn Collection Group app you can follow the link to download your loyalty card to your phone wallet. This way it is always at the ready and will ensure you collect all the stamps you are entitled to.

How do I update my account details?
In the app, tap ‘Profile’ then ‘My Account’. If you have any issues, please fill out the ‘contact form’ on our website to reach out to our Central Reservation team.

How can I reset my password?
You will need to do the forgotten password journey and choose a new password.

Where can I see what I've previously spent with The Inn Collection Group?
You can view all of your account activity including purchases in the ‘My Activity’ section of your profile tab. Tap on your profile picture from the homepage to view your profile page.

I haven't received a free birthday drink?
You will need to ensure your date of birth information is correct in the account section of the app. In the app, tap ‘Profile’ then ‘My Account’.

What will you do with my data?

Why can't I earn points when I order from the table via QR code?
We are so sorry about that but by ordering at table you can’t scan your app, so we have no way of recognising your account to add points. If you wish to earn points or redeem a perk, please order at the bar.
