LMS Moderation Charter – 360 Learning
At The Inn Collection Group, we’re all about growing together, and that includes learning from each other through shared ideas, feedback, and suggestions.
This charter sets out how we’ll keep the collaborative space on our Learning System respectful, constructive, and helpful for everyone.
- Be Respectful
Treat others as you’d like to be treated. Disagreeing is fine – but do it kindly and professionally.
- Keep It Constructive
When commenting on learning content or sharing ideas, aim to build up, not break down. Suggestions and feedback should focus on improvement, not criticism.
- Stay Relevant
Stick to topics that relate to learning, development, or improving our workplace experience. Off-topic posts may be removed.
- No Harmful or Offensive Content
Language or content that’s discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate won’t be tolerated. Anything flagged may be removed, and further action may be taken if needed.
- We May Moderate or Step In
We’ll regularly review discussions and suggestions. If something’s flagged or doesn’t follow this charter, we may step in to review, remove, or offer guidance.
- Let’s Grow Together
The LMS is a safe, supportive space to learn. By following this charter, you help make it a place where everyone can share confidently and grow together.
