We’re looking for:

Assistant Manager
Key tasks and responsibility:
• Be highly motivated with a focus on customer service.
• Have a strong food background and hospitality will be at the forefront of their demeanour.
• Assist General Manager in their daily duties and running of unit.
• Report to General Manager.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage, motivate and develop a team of staff to achieve Company
Standards.
• Take and follow instructions.
• Liaise with Chefs, Hotel Management and Suppliers.
• Stocktake and order.
• Deal with Accounts Management.

Trainee Assistant Manager
Key tasks and responsibility:
• Ensure full compliance to ICG operating controls, policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Provide effective leadership to ICG management and team members coordinating all activities within the kitchen, housekeeping, and FOH.
• Ensuring the customer experience is of the highest standard and where appropriate handling customer situations to maximise all opportunities.
• Adhering to budgets, increasing profits and managing cashflow, maintaining accurate records on all aspects of the business.
• Ensuring efficient handling of deliveries.
• Ensuring the condition of all products served to the customer.
• Play an effective FOH role in the service of food and drinks.

Sous Chef
Key tasks and responsibility:
• Hold the relevant food safety certificates.
• Responsibility for supporting all daily operations in the kitchen.
• Report to the Head Chef.
• Display strong leadership skills.
• Stay calm under pressure.
• Support, train, and coach
• Produce menus and new dishes.
• Liaise with bar and restaurant management, waiting staff and suppliers.
• Maintain or raise profit margins on food.
