Accounts Assistant (Payroll)

We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to work within Payroll in our busy Finance team in Alnwick.

Responsibilities will include reviewing payroll payment reports, posting payroll data to accounts together with reconciliations, updating payroll records, actioning new starters on Payroll, dealing with rota queries and any other ad hoc payroll duties.

This is a full time role, working Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Purchase Ledger Administrator

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to come and join the busy Finance team.

Adding to a current team of two, responsibilities will include processing of supplier invoices, staff expenses, statement reconciliations, payment runs and more.

This is a full time role, working Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
