As part of The Inn Collection Group’s continued growth and expansion, we are searching for another team member to join the Central Reservations team at our Head Office in Alnwick. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit, busy team who pride themselves on their impeccable customer service levels and who are willing to always go that extra mile.
The successful candidate will:
· Be highly motivated with a keen focus on customer service.
· Strong multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
· Respond to enquiries via telephone and e-mail, make room reservations.
· IT literate.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Possess strong organisational skills.
· Maintain a clean and neat appearance and work area.
· Have previous hotel related experience in hotel software and their functionalities (desired but not essential).
· Available to work flexible shift patterns and weekends. Monday – Sunday (9am-8pm)
· Report to Central Reservations Supervisor.
The salary for this position will depend on experience.
The position is full time based at our Head Office in Alnwick. Permanent and holiday entitlement is based on a 5-day working week, which will include weekends.
