COVID-19 Bookings Update

We are excited to confirm that we will be reopening all our inns from 17th May, in line with government protocols.

What to do if you have an existing reservation you need to cancel?

If you booked via an agent e.g. booking.com or expedia.co.uk you will need to contact them directly to cancel or modify your stay.

If you booked with us directly please note the following guidelines:

STAYS UP UNTIL 16TH MAY
If you have a reservation to stay up and including to the 16th May, our Central Reservations team will be in touch with you directly to discuss your booking options. We are currently working through these in date order and we are also experiencing a high volume of calls and emails,  so please bear with us, but a member of our team will be in contact soon.

STAYS FROM 17th May

If you have a reservation to stay from the 17th May your booking is still valid and we look forward to welcoming you.  We are reviewing government guidelines frequently and will adjust these dates in event of any changes.

Bookings with flexible terms can be cancelled or modified up 2 days prior to arrival as usual.
