COVID-19 Bookings Update

Due to the latest government announcement, all our inns will be closed until 14th January. We are still accepting bookings from 15th January onwards to look forward to seeing you again soon.

What to do if you have an existing reservation you need to cancel?

If you booked via an agent e.g. booking.com or expedia.co.uk you will need to contact them directly to cancel or modify your stay.

If you booked with us directly please note the following guidelines:

STAYS UP UNTIL 14th JANUARY
If you have a reservation to stay up and including to the 14th January, our Central Reservations team will be in touch with you directly to discuss your booking options. We are currently working through these in date order and we are also experiencing a high volume of calls and emails,  so please bear with us, but a member of our team will be in contact soon.

STAYS FROM 15th JANUARY

If you have a reservation to stay from the 15th January your booking is still valid and we look forward to welcoming you.  We are reviewing government guidelines frequently and will adjust these dates in event of any changes.

Bookings with flexible terms can be cancelled or modified up 2 days prior to arrival as usual.
